RETURN POLICY

SILVER GALLERY INT'L guarantees quality merchandise. We will gladly accept a return for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days from the initial arrival date of your purchase.

EXCHANGES: Simply notify us that you wish to exchange your package for another size and or color. We will be glad to ship out the new item as soon as we receive the return. All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the initial arrival date.

RETURN FOR CREDIT: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 business days of receiving your order for store credit for the total price of the item (excluding shipping cost). We will not accept exchanges or returns after that date.

SILVER GALLERY INT'L reserves the right to refuse an exchange or store credit based on the condition of the item being returned. All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition, not altered or washed, and with tags still attached.

SILVER GALLERY INT'L has the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet the Return Policy requirements detailed above.

There are NO refunds and/or exchanges on personalized or monogrammed items or merchandise purchased "ON SALE" or purchased at a discounted price. All of these items are considered a FINAL SALE.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.
